Shipping & returns

Tracked delivery anywhere in Singapore. Free on orders of S$50 or more; below that a flat S$22 delivery charge applies. Express Delivery is a paid option at the cart for a flat S$22, charged even when an order qualifies for free delivery. Allow 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.

You have 15 days from purchase to return an item in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. The 15-day window is the store's published policy, and non-excludable rights under Singapore law still apply. For a change of mind you pay the return postage and the original delivery charge is not refunded. Refunds are processed 24 to 48 hours after we receive the item.

If it arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we put it right at no cost to you, return postage included. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under Singapore law.
