These terms apply to purchases made from Baby Shop Company Singapore at mybabyshop.asia. Prices are in Singapore dollars. We deliver only within Singapore under the published shipping terms.

A contract is formed when we accept the order. Product descriptions, selected options and prices shown at checkout form part of that order. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where it applies.
