Refunds and returns

Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase when they are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us with the order number before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address.

For a change of mind, the customer pays return postage and the original delivery charge is not refunded. If goods arrive damaged, faulty, incomplete or not as described, contact us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

This policy does not limit rights that apply under Singapore law, including remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract.
